Would you like to help wipe out kids’ cancer?

Here are some great ways to raise funds for pediatric cancer research:

- Set up an individual or team fundraising website! It’s really quick and easy.

Simply go to the website, http://www.active.com/donate/2007oktoberfest5k and click on “Become a fundraiser” Personalize your website with your own photo, message, and set your fundraising goal. Everyone that raises or donates at least a $100 gets a great prize!

Want to fundraise the old fashioned way? Get your friends together and hold a lemonade stand, have a bake sale, a car wash, or a garage sale.

- Letter-Writing Campaign - Send a letter to your friends, family, co-workers, vendors, neighbors, high school and college alumni, and everyone else you know, and ask them to sponsor you for the Oktoberfest 5K or Run for the Children 1 Mile Fun Run.

- Corporate Sponsors - Ask your company if they will sponsor the run. Also, ask your team members about getting their companies involved in the walk. Don't forget about corporate charitable matching funds!
