Our celebrity emcee for this year's Run for the Children will be
Steve Noviello of KDFW Fox 4.
Steve is a 5 time Emmy Award winning journalist whose work can be seen on Fox stations around the country. He is a Consumer Reporter and fill-in anchor for Fox 4 News in Dallas as well as a college professor who teaches aspiring journalists the fundamentals of superior story telling! We are honored and very excited to have Steve on our team this year!

ChronoTrack Timing for 5K
Disposable timing tags will be used at this event utilizing the ChronoTrack timing system which records your time precisely from start to finish. Your timing tag will be attached to your bib in your race packet. To be included in the results and be eligible for an award, you must attach the timing tag to your shoe. Follow the instructions included on the tag for proper placement.
AWARDS/PRIZES
Male and female 5K winners will be awarded a cash prize* in the following amounts:
1st place overall winners $250
2nd place overall winners $100
3rd place overall winners $75
Overall masters’ division winners (40+) $75
Awards* will also be presented to the top three finishers in the following age groups:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Free parking is available at the Northwest corner of Arapaho and the Dallas Parkway.
